Je suis nouveau sur votre forum que j'ai parcouru un peu (il y a tellement de posts intéressants) mais en tout cas, un seul mot me vient aux lèvres : BRAVO, il est très riche en détails, photos et informations    
 
Voici la raison de mon message, je suis en train d'accuérir du matériel de slot (circuit routier) et j'aimerais recréer le tracé du Targa Florio à l'échelle 1/32, évidemment je sais que ce serait beaucoup trop long à reproduire entièrement et donc j'aimerais "compiler" sur mon tracé les endroits importants de ce tracé (exemple, col de montagne, pont, village, etc ...). Je dispose d'une place de 7m sur 3m ce qui permet déjà un beau tracé décoré et avec relief en slot 1/32.
 
Donc j'aimerais trouvé un plan du tracé du Targa Florio avec si possible des vues des routes empruntées permettant de reconstruire les décors principaux de ce tracé et de me faire une idée quand au dénivelé de ma piste ... J'ai déjà parcouru ces 5 pages et j'ai déjà bien sur quelques magnifiques photos ... mais je n'ai aucune idée du départ ni de l'arrivée de ce tracé, ni des altitudes, etc ...
 
S'il existe un livre en français ou anglais, je serais également intéressé d'avoir les références (auteur, éditeur) ...
 
Voilà, pour les photos ou documents que vous auriez, vous pouvez soit les placer sur ce fabuleux forum soit me les envoyer par email, niveau véhicules j'ai déjà pas mal de photos sur ce post mais si vous en avez d'autres je suis preneur aussi pour l'époque 1960-1985

Thanks for your pictures ... i have a better idea of the track design ... i need again other information : altitude, the start and arrival, most important point of view of this track.
 
I say thta it's not possible to reproduce one real track at the 1/32 scale ... lol ... It's for this reason that i want only reproduce best point of view : typical mountain pass, bridge, village, etc ... and make a compilation of the best difficulty and better passage oh this great track that's Targa Florio.
 
If you have other pictures with more details of village, mounatin, ... don't hesite to post it or send it directly to my email ...

Hello Gaston, on the plan you can read the altidudes (black numbers from 0,sea level, to 500) and distances (red numbers); the start and the finish is near the red circle were is written St.Cerda). As regards about you search, I suggest to watch the films on Youtube.com (not recent, but '65,'69,'72...); there you can find a lot of helpful informations. More, you can watch Google Earth (search for example Cerda PA or Campofelice di Roccella PA), if you are able, removing the needless levels (for example freeways), you can observe carefully all the racetrack. I know it is'nt easy but you can try, GO!
If you need more informations, I am here, happy to help you (in name of Targa Florio).
As regards your English, it is comprehensible than mine. I'm Italian and my English is memories of schooldays!

Hello Targa Florio fans,
 
I'am a great fan of the Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 racecar from the years 1967 till 1977 and i'am writing articles
about it in our clubmagazine. This Alfa Romeo racer won the Targa Florio in 1971 (Vaccarella/Hezemans).
For 5 years i'am searching on the internet for pictures of the Tipo 33 racecar and i still find new stuff.
I was absolutely stunned by the picture of the crashed Tipo 33/3 from Gregory/Hezemans which i never
saw before (thanks Shortleg), so if you have some pictures from the Tipo 33 racecars in the sixties and seventies,
hopefully you will put them on this forum.

Nice pictures Shortleg & Alfaronny, some of them i knew but also some i've never seen before.
De Casoni/Zadra Tipo 33, number 174, i only knew from youtube, there is a nice Targo Florio film from 1969 on youtube
with many Porsche and Tipo's Trentatre. Hopefully you have some more of these nice pictures!
