Shortleg,

Just great those Latteri-Todaro pictures, especially the colourphoto!

Is this Fernandino Latteri now a politician in Sicily?

My favourite F1-driver, Carlos Reutemann is a politician in Argentina now.

When my parents bought their first black and white television – I think in 1974 –

one of the first sportevents I saw was a Grand Prix. I can still remember the

drifting white Brabham BT44 with Reutemann at the steeringwheel, that made

me aware of autosport.

Ciao tutti

Yes Murphy, the Doctor Latteri is now a politician; how do you know it?

Dedicated to you and alfaronny (both Alfisti), I found a precious image document and another picture no posted before, LOOK !

Beautiful pictures Shortleg, you made them yourself?

I wonder how many parts of the crashed and stranded Hezemans/Gregory Tipo 33/3 were taken as souvenir by Targa Florio spectators.

Alfaronny, I presume that your picture of the Galli/Maglioli Tipo 33/3 was taken during the race and the one which Shortleg put on the forum is taken during practice.

See you again

Bonsoir.

In 1951 the race restarts on Madonie's routes; it is not a great edition! Few participants and not many quality.

At last prevails Cortese on Frazer Nash (the only victory) against Ferrari team represented by Marzotto stable mainly.

Here I am dear friends to talk about the '52 edition.

47 starting cars, but once again few illustrious names and makes! The most important cars taking part in this race were Ferrari driven by Mancini, Marzotto, Bracco, Bordonaro, Giletti and Mathieson; the Alfa 6C compet. driven by Mario Bornigia; Frazer Nash with Cortese and Lancia Aurelia B20 with Valenzano, Anselmi and Bonetto, and a Talbot T26 for Pierre Levegh.

By surprise the three B20 will monopolize the race and podium with Bonetto, Valenzano and Anselmi in the order.
