Hereunder is the answer of the lawyer. To me this guy does not seem to be very honest: I did not ask him to do anything on my behalf, he did not communicate his fees beforehand and he wants a transfer through western union which is known to be the usual mean of payment of fraudulent operations.
 
I suggest you pay the fees locally and you will get refunded when the money gets released.
 
By the way you also never told me how much of the fund you want to keep for you.

Considering that you take 70% of the amount I count on you to pay the local fees to the lawyer. It makes no sense I pay fees 5'000 Km away from Burkina Faso while you're sitting next to him. Anyway Western Union is not a secure way of payment.
