Restauration Alpine A310 2700 VA

 

Bonjour a tous , alors pour commencer, une petite presentation rapide :

 

Jo alias Ayuube sur le net , 22ans, du CASTELLET (83) Mécano auto et grand passionné d'automobile , surtout celle des années 60 / 70 / 80.

J'espere pouvoir bosser un jour dans la restauration d'auto ancienne, mais comme il n'existe pas d'école pour apprendre a restaurer ces merveilles, on retrousse ses manches ,et on en achete une !

 

Je me suis mis donc a la recherche du saint graal, mon cahier des charges etait le suivant :

 

Une auto entre 1960 et 1980, avec une carrosserie en fibre et un moteur AR .

J'etait parti pour acheter une lotus EUROPE , mais finalement le proprio prefere la laisse la laisser pourrir devant chez lui ...

 

Et puis j'ai vu une anonce sur leboncoin pour une A310 a restaurer, pas de photos mais un prix abordable .

 

Apres quelques bref contacts téléphonique avec le proprio, je suis parti un samedi midi avec le plateau pour la chercher a Limoges ....

 

Et apres 9h de route , La voila :

Donc c'est une Alpine A310 2700 VA , de 1977 avec un V6 PRV et sa boite 4, ROUGE .

 

Le proprio avait demonté toute l'auto, puis l'avais laissé a l'abandon 1 ou 2 ans .

 

Donc on prend la caisse, on la met sur le plateau en pleine nuit et puis on se rend compte qu'il manque quelques trucs , grosso modo ca donne ca :

 

ayuube : " a mais au fait les portieres, le moteur et tout le reste ils sont ou ?"

proprio: " ben dans la grange a coté"

 

Ah ben ca rentre pas dans ma mégane , on reviendra chercher le reste .

 

On redescend dans le sud ( 9h de route), et 2 semaines plus tard , on remonte (18h de route aller retour)

 

Donc voila apres 2 fois la traversée de la france l'alpine est chez moi !

Bonjour ayuube ou jo, content de voir un alpiniste en + , fanalp'inn te conseille de rejoindre le FAR et il n'a pas tort mais j'ai une tendresse particuliére pour le forum auto, ses membres sont multimarques et ne se prennent pas le choux, tu arrives a rencontrer plein de passionnés de tous horizons etr c'est trés réconfortant, merci à eux

Bon, on va se mettre au boulot peut etre ?

 

Tout d'abord je vais preciser mon projet : cette alpine va etre remontée afin de faire du VHC et ce, pour plusieurs raisons : déja parceque le rallye j'adore ca

 

Ensuite parceque l'interieur de l'alpine est moisi a mort et irrécupérable , tant mieux, sur un caisse course, point de probléme de moquette et autres trucmuches a la con qui servent a rien et qui pesent du poids. Hop des sous d'économisé !

 

Mais aussi pour pouvoir poser un bel arceau cage, ca renforcera la caisse et le chassis. Et puis le kit groupe IV viendras se fixer aussi a la caisse.

Pas pu avancer la restau hier ni aujordhui , je cherche quelqun pour sabler mon châssis , si vous avez des bonnes adresses dans la région PACA, je suis preneur une société a Marseille ma anoncé 500 € juste pour le sablage je trouve ça horriblement cher !

Salut Romu , je suis sur le castellet ( a coté de Toulon ) je veut bien que tu demande a ton pote son prix, sachant que je peut lui emmener le châssis ( antibe c'est pas loin)

J'ai regardé ça m'avait coûté 120 euros pour faire sabler entièrement mon chassis (uniquement sablage, pas d'apprêt et de peinture car il allait partir en réparation).

 

Comme je lui avait déjà amené pas mal de pièces, il m'a sans doute fait une petite ristourne.

Jimmy, merci pour l'info, ça c'est un prix honnête, je vais peut être monter sur Montpellier finalement

 

Pour ce soir, pas trop envie de poncer la fibre alors vu que je ne me suis toujours pas décidé sur la manière de sabler mon châssis, j'ai commencer a enlever la rouille avec une brosse métallique montée sur une disqueuse, ça fera toujours moins de surface a sabler

 

Au final ça marche pas mal mais on ne peut faire que ce qui est en surface , la disqueuse est trop grosse pour les recoins du châssis

C'est cool de pouvoir passer plein d'heures sur sa caisse le soir ; ta copine fait pas trop la gueule ?

 

 

Pour ce qui est du sablage, tu as le plus important : un endroit où tu peux faire du bruit et de la poussière. Le reste doit se louer pour pas trop cher sur un WE (surtout si tu regroupe avec un pote qui restaure aussi )

Fred, merci, pour ma copine non elle ne fait pas la geulle, jusqu'à présent elle passait ses exams, maintenant elle va venir me filer un coup de main !
